Terms of Use

Estimates only

HouseCalcs calculators give estimates for planning. Results depend on the measurements you enter and on general rules of thumb. Actual quantities vary with products, site conditions, and installation methods. Confirm quantities with your supplier and follow product instructions and local building codes.

Not professional advice

Nothing on this site is engineering, structural, electrical, or legal advice. For structural work, retaining walls, heating and cooling sizing, and anything that needs a permit, consult a licensed professional.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is." We are not responsible for losses from over- or under-ordering materials or from decisions based on these estimates.

Affiliate links and ads

The site shows ads and may include affiliate links that earn us a commission. This does not change the price you pay.
